King Fahd Causeway remains closed until further notice

King Fahd Causeway Authority (KFCA) said that it has not set a date yet for reopening the causeway to passenger traffic to and from the Kingdom.

The bridge will remain closed until further notice by the competent authorities, the authority said in response to a query on Twitter.

During the shutdown period, KFCA said it performed maintenance and repairs on the bridge, including asphalting and road pavements, infrastructure improvement, while taking preventive measures against the spread of the Coronavirus.
