Dar Al-Arkan delegates board to distribute dividend for FY2020

Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co.’s shareholders approved delegating the board of directors to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2020 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, during the general assembly meeting held on June 2, 2020.

 

Shareholders also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including related party transactions.
