Wafa Insurance forms new audit committee

Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance's (Wafa Insurance) shareholders approved the formation of an audit committee for the three-year term started June 2, 2020.

This came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 2, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also appointed a new auditor for FY2019, FY2020 and Q1 2021, and endorsed the board's recommendation on dismissing a board director.
