Arabian Shield to vote on FY2019 dividend freeze on June 30

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation on withholding dividend for FY19 during the ordinary general meeting slated for June 30, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on business contracts to be inked with other entities.

 

In April, the company's board of directors recommended a dividend freeze for FY2019 to bolster financial position, Argaam reported.
