Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) Saudi Aramco’s eligibility period for entitlement to receive bonus shares (180 days) ended at the close of trading on Sunday June 7, 2020.

 

2) Tourism Enterprise Co. (Shams) incurred a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 2.7 million for the first quarter of 2020.

 

3) Knowledge Economic City (KEC) reported a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 5.3 million for Q1 2020.

 

4) Najran Cement Co. received the full amount of SAR 355 million of the Shariah-compliant credit facility from Bank Aljazira.

 

5) Alinma Tokio Marine Co. widened net losses before Zakat by 58% to SAR 11.3 million for Q1 2020.

 

6) Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. turned to a net loss before Zakat of SAR 11.7 million in Q1 2020.

 

7) Arab National Bank secured an insurance agreement with Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. to cover leasing vehicles under its auto leasing financing program as of June 1, 2020.

 

8) Wataniya Insurance Co. incurred a net loss before Zakat of SAR 7 million for Q1 2020.

 

9) Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. narrowed net loss before Zakat by 42% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 10.3 million for Q1 2020.

 

10) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 30 cents to reach $41.10 per barrel. WTI Crude also increased 37 cents to reach $38.56/bbl.
