Thob Al Aseel shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividend for FY2020

Shareholders of Thob Al Aseel Co. approved authorizing the board to pay interim dividend for the fiscal year 2020 on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, during the company's general meeting held on June 8.

 

The maturity and disbursement date will be determined according to the laws and regulations in line with the Companies Law, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the business transactions and contracts concluded by the company, including annual lease contracts and a sale agreement worth SAR 4.95 million.
