Saudi Cable shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on June 30

Saudi Cable Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on June 30, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period as well as discharging members of the board of directors from liabilities during FY 2019.

In addition, they will vote on appointing external auditor to audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3 2020, annual financials for 2020 and Q1 2021.

Meanwhile, they will vote on related party transactions to take place during the upcoming period.
