Allianz SF says assessing financial impact of COVID-19 measures

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. (Allianz SF) is still assessing the financial impact of the COVID-19 precautionary measures, and will disclose any relevant updates in due course.

 

Allianz SF has closed its branches, in line with the government decisions, the insurer said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

The insurer continues to provide insurance services online and will resume operations gradually, based on the management plan.

 

On the other hand, Allianz SF said the Kingdom's precautionary measures to curb the COVID-19 outbreak may weigh on sales of insurance policies and the company’s operations, the statement concluded.
