Alujain names chairman, vice chairman

Alujain Holding Corporation's (Alujain Holding) board of directors appointed, on June 15, Mohammed Al-Khalil as chairman of the board, and Abdulwahab Bin Abdulkareem Al-Betairi as vice-chairman, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, named the board's secretary, and appointed the company's representatives at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

The new decisions came into effective as of the start of the new three-year term on June 15, 2020, until June 14, 2023.

 

Alujain’s shareholders lately elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting June 15, 2020, during the ordinary general meeting held on June 10, 2020.
