Maadaniyah names head of audit committee

National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) announced, in a bourse statement on Thursday, that the audit committee approved on June 17 the appointment of Talal bin Abdulkarim Al-Nafaa, as head of the committee.

Maadaniyah’s shareholders formed, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 11, an audit committee and determined its authorities and remuneration for the next three-year term.
