Tadawul updates free float shares for all firms

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will update the free float shares for all companies, effective from the start of trading on Sunday, June 28, 2020.

The updates include:

- Adding Arab Sea Information Systems Co. shares to Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) and Software & Services Industry Group index.

- Adding Sumou Real Estate Company shares to the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC).

- Excluding shares of Alujain Holding Corp. from TASI and Materials Industry Group Index.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Al Rajhi Bank topped the list of the largest weighted stock on the index by the end of Q1 2020 with 13.38%, followed by Saudi Aramco and Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC).

Meanwhile, National Building & Marketing Co. topped the list of the largest weighted stock in the parallel market index by the end of Q1 2020 with 30.24%, followed by Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. and Arab Sea.
