Alujain unable to disclose FY2019, Q1 2020 financials within regulatory period

Alujain Holding Corp. said in a bourse filing on Monday that it was unable to disclose its financial results for FY2019 and Q1 2020 within the regulatory period.

 

The company noted that the delay is related to the auditing process and not due to operations.

 

Accordingly, Alujain expects to issue Q1 2020 financial statements by July 2020.

 

Trading will be suspended on the stock, according to the rules announced by Tadawul on March 25, 2019, the statement noted.
