Saudi Aramco appointed Nabeel A. Al-Jama' as the senior vice president for human resources and support services sector, which has been created recently by the oil giant.
The decision will be effective as of July 1, 2020, the company said in a statement.
Al-Jama' has extensive and varied experience in leadership and administrative positions, starting his career with Aramco in 1980.
He was the senior vice president for Aramco’s business operations sector since January 2020, and was previously named vice president for corporate affairs since June 2018. Prior to that, he held the position of vice president for human resources since November 2017.
Currently, Al-Jama' is the chairman of Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, and a member of several other board of directors.
