SVCP invites nominations to board of directors

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) invited nominations from eligible shareholders to membership on its board of directors.

 

Nominations will be open from July 1, 2020 until August 2, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Elected members will hold the post for the new three-year term, which will run from October 18, 2020 to October 17, 2023.
