8 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) approved the listing request of the Saudi government issued debt instruments from a class already listed, submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the listing rules with a total value of SAR 8.5 billion.

 

2) Abdulla Saad Abo Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. posted a drop of 18.8% in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 14.8 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020.

 

3) Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) signed a financing contract with the Ministry of Finance amounting to SAR 50 million.

 

4) BATIC Investment and Logistics Co. (BATIC) signed a partnership deal with AlShifa Medical Technology Co., to establish AlShifa Technology Co. Ltd. in Saudi Arabia.

 

5) Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) signed a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with Arab National Bank (ANB) at a total value of SAR 250 million.

 

6) Saudi Steel Pipe Co.’s (SSP) shareholders approved, on June 28, withholding dividend for the fiscal year 2019.

 

7) Bank AlJazira appointed Khalifa bin Abdullatif bin Abdullah Al-Mulhem as an independent board member.

 

8) Brent crude on Tuesday declined 23 cents to reach $41.48 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 29 cents to reach $39.41/bbl.
