City Cement authorizes board to pay dividend for FY2020

City Cement Co.'s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for FY2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

This came during the company's ordinary general meeting held on June 29, 2020.

 

During the meeting, shareholders approved the Chairman's engagement in competitive business activities.
