Maadaniyah names chairman, vice chairman

The board of directors of National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) appointed Mutlaq Hamad Al Morished as Chairman of the board, and Shaker Nafil Al Otaibi as Vice Chairman, for a 3-year term started June 11, 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday

 

The board approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee for a 3-year term started June 11, 2020, until May 24, 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 11.

 

The committee comprises Rayan W. Tarabzony (chairman), and Assem A. Al-Eissa, and Omar K. Al-Belaly as members.
