Budget Saudi says audit committee member resigned

United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) said an audit committee member submitted his resignation, effective as of July 7, 2020, according to a bourse statement.

 

The resigned member joined the committee on June 21, 2018, and resigned for personal reasons, the statement added.
