Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. will start tomorrow, July 8, adopting electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on July 12, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
In June, the company invited shareholders to vote on the formation of an audit committee for the 3-year term ending July 19, 2023, and determining its tasks and remuneration.
