Budget Saudi appoints new audit committee member

United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) board of directors appointed Khalid bin Abdullah bin Khalid Al Dabal (independent member) as a member of the audit committee, effective July 12, 2020.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the appointment is pending the approval of the general assembly.

 

Currently, Al-Dabal is the company’s vice-chairman. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Financial Management) from the University of California, USA.

 

Last week, the company announced the resignation of an audit committee member on July 7, 2020, due to personal reasons.
