Jadwa REIT Al Haramain’s NAV reaches SAR 667 mln in Q2 2020

Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund’s net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 667.08 million during the second quarter of 2020, fund manager Jadwa Investment said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

 

NAV per unit reached SAR 10.11 during Q2 2020.

 

Jadwa REIT reported that its rental income was suspended in Q2 2020, due to COVID-19 restrictions, pointing out that the total expenses amounted to SAR 224,615.
