Arabia Insurance names Abdulaziz Al Qahtani as chairman

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co.'s board of directors approved on July 16, 2020 the appointment of Abdulaziz bin Abdulhadi Al Qahtani as the company’s chairman (non-executive), and Abdul Rahman M. Al-Angari as deputy chairman (independent), it said in a bourse statement today.

Moreover, the board announced the formation of the executive committee, the nomination and remuneration committee, the investment committee, and the risk management committee.

The company noted that the audit committee will be formed in accordance with article (101) of the companies law after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
