1) Saudi Aramco announced that the government of Saudi Arabia (selling shareholder) will transfer the bonus shares into the portfolio accounts of eligible Saudi retail investors on Saturday, July 25, 2020.
2) Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. (Yansab) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 149.3 million for the first half of 2020, a 79% year-on-year (YoY) slump.
3) Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. will start trading on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, with symbol 4141 under capital goods industry group.
4) Jabal Omar Development Co. issued the uniform ownership deed on the company's project in Makkah at 231,940 square meters (sqm).
5) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s subscription to new shares and the rights trading will start today, July 20.
6) The subscription period to increase the total asset value of Alkhabeer REIT Fund through public offering for investors began from Sunday, July 19, and will run until Aug. 6, 2020.
7) Middle East Specialized Cables Co. filed a lawsuit against one of its major clients, Al Mousa Foundation, before Riyadh Commercial Court, seeking payment of SAR 63.9 million.
8) Brent crude on Monday declined 26 cents to reach $42.88 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 23 cents to reach $40.36/bbl.
