Edaa deposits Tihama's rights into shareholders’ portfolios

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) deposited, today, Monday, July 20, Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.'s (TAPRCO) rights into shareholders’ portfolios, according to a bourse statement.

 

On July 15, the company's shareholders approved the board's recommendation to increase capital from SAR 75 million to SAR 175 million through a SAR 100 million rights issue. Subscription to new shares and rights trading will start today. Rights trading will end on Monday, July 27, while the subscription to new shares will close on August 6, Argaam reported.
