SABB Takaful appoints 2 new board members

SABB Takaful Co.’s board of directors appointed Faris Alshareef and Maha Al-Sudairi as non-executive board members, representing Saudi British Bank (SABB), according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

 

The term is effective from July 21, 2020, until May 14, 2022.

 

The appointments are pending the general assembly’s approval.
