Thimar announces resignation of two board members

National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) announced the resignation of Ahmed Tarek Murad, an independent member of the board of directors, effective from July 8, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also accepted the resignation of Nayef Al-Salem from his role as an independant board member and a member of the remunerations and nominations committee effective from July 7, 2020.
