SACO reappoints Abdel-Rahman Jawa as chairman, Al-Sari as deputy chairman

Saudi Co. for Hardware’s (SACO) board of directors reappointed Abdel-Rahman Amin Jawa as chairman of the board of directors and Ahmed M. Salem Al-Sari as deputy chairman.

 

The board also named Sameer M. Abdul Aziz Al Hamidi as managing director, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Meanwhile, the board elected Ahmed Al-Sari, Bandar Al Turki and Lutfi Gasim Shahada as members of the remunerations and nominations committee.

 

The statement added that a board secretary has been appointed, in addition to the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul for all the purposes related to listing.

 

The audit committee was appointed by the general assembly on May 20, 2020.
