GACO appoints new audit committee members

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) ordinary general assembly meeting held on July 23, 2020, approved the formation of the audit committee for the new term, commencing from the OGM’s date, and ending on Feb. 21, 2023.

The audit committee includes Bader Hamad abadulallah alkat Alqadi as deputy chairman, Walid Bin Khalid Bin Ahmed Al-Gosaibi as board member, and Wani bin Abdullah Al-Wani as external committee member.
