Theeb Rent a Car hired Saudi Fransi Capital to advise on a potential initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) next year, Bloomberg reported, citing informed sources.
Final decisions haven’t been made, and the company may decide to delay the share sale, they noted.
Theeb Rent-a-Car, which commenced operations in 1991, has 44 branches across the Kingdom with a fleet size of more than 19,000 vehicles.
