Mulkia Gulf REIT to pay March to June 2020 dividend on August 6

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund said it will pay cash dividend for the 4-month period from March 1, 2020, until June 30, 2020, on August 6, 2020.

Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) will deposit dividends into shareholders’ accounts through direct transfer, the fund manager, Mulkia Investment, said in a bourse filing on Sunday.

Earlier this month, the fund announced the payment of a 1% cash dividend for the 4-month period, at SAR 0.10 per unit, amounting to SAR 6.8 million
