UCA names two board directors

United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) appointed two board members; Khaled bin Bakr and Faisal bin Hussein, for the current board term ending on Dec. 13, 2020, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

The Saudi insurance firm obtained the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) on the appointments on July 27, 2020.

 

These appointments are subject to the approval of the next general meeting.

 

Bin Bakr has more than 14 years of experience in administrative positions, while bin Hussein has around 30 years of experience in executive management.
