1) Alahli Takaful Co. reported net profit before Zakat of SAR 6.8 million for the first half of 2020, a decline of 3% year-on-year (YoY).
2) Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. narrowed net loss after Zakat and tax by 63.4% YoY to SAR 13.4 million for H1 2020.
3) United International Transportation Co. Ltd. (Budget Saudi) will pay 5% cash dividend (SAR 0.5 per share) to shareholders for H1 2020 on August 20, 2020, through Banque Saudi Fransi.
4) Tourism Enterprise Co. (Shams) incurred a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 4.7 million for H1 2020.
5) Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s shareholders approved the election of new board members for the three-year term starting Aug. 12, 2020, and ending on Aug. 11, 2023.
6) Rajhi REIT Fund reported net losses of SAR 17.7 million (SAR 0.11/unit) for H1 2020.
7) Brent crude on Friday declined 16 cents to reach $44.80 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 23 cents to reach $42.01/bbl.
