Alhokair names Fawaz Alhokair as chairman, Omar Al Mohammadi as deputy chairman

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s board of directors appointed Fawaz Alhokair as board chairman and Omar Al Mohammadi as deputy chairman, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

 

The board has also appointed Haroon Al Mutairi as board secretary and elected members of the nominations and remuneration committee as well as members of the executive committee.
