Al-Khodari opens nominations for 3 vacant board seats

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. (Al-Khodari) opened the nomination process for three board of directors’ membership for the current session started on May 07, 2020.

Application for nomination can be submitted from August 18 to September 17, 2020, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The candidacy for membership of the board will be in accordance with the statutory controls, policies, standards and procedures approved by the company's general assembly.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Al-Khodari’ shareholders approved dismissing 3 board members during the general assembly meeting held on July 23, 2020.

In May, the company received a letter of request from a group of shareholders, who own about 5.007% shares of the company's capital, to dismiss Abdullah Al-Khodari, Jamil Abdullah Al-Khodari and Fawwaz Abdullah Al-Khodari from the board of directors.
