Saudi Re reappoints Al-Shaikh as chairman, Al-Hussain as vice chairman

Saudi Re for Cooperative Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) reappointed Hesham Al-Shaikh as chairman and Mishari-Al Hussain as vice chairman for the 3-year term, started May 11, 2020, until May 10, 2023.

The other members of the executive committee are Jean-Luc Gourgeon and Fahad Al Hesni, who is also the managing director and chief executive officer, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

Members of the technical, investment, risk management, as well as nomination and remuneration committees were named.

In addition, shareholders had affirmed the audit committee members at the extraordinary general meeting held on May 10, 2020, for a 3-year term beginning May 11, 2020, until May 10, 2023.
