Saudi Arabia recorded 1,019 new COVID-19 cases today, Aug. 27 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 311,855, the Ministry of Health said.
Recoveries reached 1,310, raising the total number of recovered cases to 286,255 (92% of total COVID-19 cases).
The Kingdom reported 30 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 3,785.
Active cases totaled 21,815, of which 1,582 cases are critical.
Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 96 each, followed by Riyadh (56), Unaizah (52), Madinah (50), Sabya (49) and Jazan (46).
The Kingdom conducted 63,265 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 4.91 million.
