Saudi Steel Pipe board, audit committee member resigns

Saudi Steel Pipe Co.'s board of directors accepted on Sept. 1 the resignation of independent board and audit committee member Nader Mohammed Ashoor, with immediate effect, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Ashoor, who joined the company’s board on June 7, 2019, tendered his resignation for personal reasons, the statement added.
