Saudi White Cement Co. starts trading on Nomu Parallel Market today, Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020, under the symbol 9512 and ISIN Code SA153GA4KK14, with a daily fluctuation limit of 20%, according to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
According to data compiled by Argaam, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved on June 29, 2020, the first direct listing of Saudi White Cement on the Nomu Parallel Market.
Early in August, the cement producer set the price guidance for its initial public offering (IPO) in the parallel market at SAR 20.
Saudi White Cement is the second listing on Nomu this year, after Sumou Real Estate Co., bringing up the total number of traded companies to 5.

Saudi White Cement Co., a joint stock company, was established in 1997, in Riyadh with a capital of SAR 300 million. It is one of the first companies to manufacture white cement across the Kingdom, which started its production in 2001. The company operates with an annual production capacity of 990,000 tons of white clinker.
The company raised its capital to SAR 1.2 billion in 2011, to set up Riyadh Cement Co. (RCC) shareholders, which was established as a subsidiary of Saudi White Cement. RCC operates with a daily production capacity of 11,000 tons of clinker.
