Buruj names new audit committee member

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors approved the appointment of Abdul Rahman Al Sultan as an audit committee member for the current three-year term ending on March 8, 2022, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

Al Sultan will replace the outgoing member, Ehab Al Dabbagh, and the appointment is pending the approval of the next general meeting, the statement added.

Al Sultan holds a master of arts in finance from University of Newcastle, Australia and a bachelor's degree in administrative sciences from King Saud University.
