Arabian Shield CEO resigns

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Basem Kamel Odeh, submitted today, Sept. 15, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The company clarified that the resignation will take effect from Jan. 1, 2021.

 

Odeh resigned to enable the company to implement the plan of replacement and localization of leadership positions, which was approved by the board of directors on Jan. 2, 2018.
