Alkhabeer REIT acquires office tower in Riyadh

Alkhabeer REIT Fund completed the acquisition of Elegance Office Tower in Al Murooj District, Riyadh, according to fund manager Alkhabeer Capital.

 

The acquisition is aimed at expanding the fund's asset base and diversifying its revenue resources, which will reflect positively on the fund performance and financials.

 

The fund announced on Monday the acquisition of Alfarabi Colleges and its under-construction training building in Riyadh.
