SAIC reappoints Yazeed Al Shathri as board chairman

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board of directors reappointed Yazeed Al Shathri as board chairman for the new three-year term starting today, Sept. 17, 2020.

 

The board also named Mohsen Al Fahadi as deputy chairman and a board secretary, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Meanwhile, the board recommended the formation of the audit, nomination and remuneration, and investment committees, as well as appointed the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and Securities Depository Center (Edaa).
