The National Debt Management Center announced closing the September 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The issuance size was set at SAR 1.24 billion divided into two tranches, the Ministry of Finance said in a statement.
The first tranche has a size of SAR 130 million and a total tranche size of SAR 9.1 billion, maturing in 2024. The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.12 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 7.62 billion, maturing in 2032.
