Maaden shareholders to elect new board on Oct. 22

Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) shareholders will vote on electing a new board of directors for the 3-year term starting Oct. 25, 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), to be held on Oct. 22, 2020.

 

They will also vote on appointing Mosaed Sulaiman Al Ohali as executive director for the term started April 1, 2020, until Oct. 24, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will further vote on the formation of the audit committee for the new 3-year term starting Oct. 25, 2020, along with its role, responsibilities, processes and remuneration of member candidates.

 

Shareholders will start voting on the meeting agenda as of Oct. 18, 2020, through the Tadawulaty system.
