Al Jouf Cement announces death of vice-chairman

Al Jouf Cement Co. announced today, Sept. 27, the death of vice-chairman of the board Abd al-Ilah bin Muhammad Kaaki.

 

Kaaki, who also served as chairman of the audit committee (a non-executive member), passed away on Friday, Sept. 25.

 

Appointment of a new member will be announced in due course, the company said in a bourse statement.
