Saudi Cable appoints 2 members to its board

Saudi Cable Co. approved the appointment of two members to its board, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Mahmoud M. Abdulgafar and Azhar M. Kenji will serve on the board from Sept. 27, 2020, until Jan. 13, 2021.

 

The ordinary general assembly meeting to approve the appointments was held at the company’s Jeddah head office, through Tadawulaty services.
