Allianz Saudi Fransi’s board member resigns

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved today, Oct. 1, the resignation of non-executive board member, Hicham Raissi, effective Sept. 30, 2020, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

Raissi will hold a new job in Allianz Group. Raissi joined the board of director on August 8, 2019 and was also a member in the nomination as well as the remuneration committee.
