Arab Sea’s board member resigns

Arab Sea Information Systems Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of independent board member, Abdullah Al Furaiji, effective as of Oct. 1, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Al Furaiji joined the board on Sept. 17, 2020.
