Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.
1) The Saudi Indian Cooperative Insurance Co. (Wafa Insurance) reported a net loss before Zakat of SAR 32.4 million for the first nine months of 2019.
2) Arriyadh Development Co. (ARDCO) will pay dividend for H1 2020 today, Oct. 4, 2020.
3) The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved a request by Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (Amiantit) to reduce its capital to SAR 200 million from SAR 344.52 million.
4) Arab Sea Information Systems Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of independent board member, Abdullah Al Furaiji, effective Oct. 1, 2020.
5) Najran Cement Co. will distribute dividend for the first half of 2020 on Oct. 15, 2020.
6) Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. extended the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Al-Raqi National Schools Co. Ltd to acquire a 60% stake in Al-Raqi Private Schools Co. Ltd. by additional 90 days.
7) Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation on paying cash dividend at 7.5%, or SAR 0.75 a share, totaling SAR 67.95 million for the fiscal year 2019.
8) Brent crude on Friday declined $1.66 to reach $39.27 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased $1.67 to reach $37.05/bbl.
