The Saudi Export Development Authority (SEDA) approved 24 requests year-to-date (YTD) within the Saudi Exports Stimulus Program, Al Eqtisadiah reported, citing Secretary-General Saleh Al-Salami.

“Exporters have submitted 186 requests for export stimulus since the program began, of which 81 were approved and a total of SAR 2.3 million in incentives were disbursed for a number of 46 exporters,” he added.

SEDA has allocated SAR 4.1 million for the pending requests, Al-Salami said, adding that the relevant financial impact of the incentives disbursed to beneficiaries stood at SAR 13.1 million.

In November 2019, SEDA launched the Saudi Exports Stimulus Program to provide relevant entities with the necessary support and help them enter the international markets, Argaam reported.
